Healthy Honey Mustard Bacon Chicken Salad

Healthy Honey Mustard Bacon Chicken Salad

Chicken, bacon, and ranch. A classic combination. The addition of a sugar-free honey mustard sauce adds a tangy sweetness that elevates the salad to a new level. By making a few changes and substitutions from classic ingredients, this chicken salad is totally macro friendly and will easily fit into any macronutrient profile that you’re sporting.

  • Turkey bacon is used instead of regular bacon.
  • Instead of full portion mayo, 1/3 parts mayo and 2/3 parts 0% Fage Greek yogurt is used.
  • Sugar free honey mustard sauce is used for an extra sweetness that doesn’t break your carbohydrate bank.

And the result is a protein-packed meal that doesn’t sacrifice in flavor. Enjoy!
