Working with me is a high support, high accountability, complete wellness overhaul. Every individual is different. Different lifestyles, different metabolisms, different habits. I meet you where you’re at as far as lifestyle, health, and willingness to commit, and we’ll devise a strategy to set you on your journey to becoming whole-body optimized. What will you learn? Last year, I was diagnosed with an arthritic hip. Instead of selecting the doctor’s choice of taking a pill. I chose to change my diet to reduce the unwanted inflammation in my body. All levels of commitment include the following:

  • 90 minute initial consult in person or with remote video chat app.
  • 30 minute follow-up per each month of commitment in person or with remote video chat app.
  • Personalized nutrition and lifestyle blueprint to achieve your goal(s).
  • Both of my recipe books, totaling 100+ healthy recipes.
  • Weekly check-ins via email to assess progress, see what you’re struggling with, and make tweaks if necessary.
  • All-hours access to me via text or email with any questions that you have with a promised response within 1 business day.

The personalized workout program add-on includes the following:

  • A personalized workout designed for your level of fitness and how much time you’re willing to spend in the gym for maximum results. These workouts are phased and will change month-to-month to avoid plateaus and ensure continued progress.
  • If local, a free in-person one hour training session with me where I can check your form and teach you how to perform exercises for maximum results.
  • Video-recorded form check.

When working with me for the first time, a minimum 3-month commitment is required as I believe that is the minimum time necessary to see change. There are also 6 month and one year packages available.

Given that each person has very individual needs, client relationships vary significantly in the level of time and energy investment. As such, this results in varying pricing structure depending on your goals and condition. You will be given a price at the end of our discovery call.
